I entered the field of real estate over 10 years ago with a love of the market. I enjoy reviewing houses on line and visiting as many as I can. I love evaluating the positive and negative aspects of homes and speculating on the potential improvements as well as getting new ideas. I have rehabbed 2 houses with my husband and made all the design and decorating choices from colors, appliances, floor coverings, floor plans and features. I staged our rehabbed houses for sale as well as houses I have had under listing with many positive comments from other agents and clients on the outstanding results of my design choices.

I am also an enthusiastic gardener/landscaper having designed the landscape plans for our rehabbed homes as well as making suggestions for clients. I am energetic, hardworking and love building new relationships both in and outside of the profession. I have practiced real estate in Connecticut, New York and most recently Pennsylvania. My husband says I spend too much time focused on real estate, but it is what I love.

I love working with buyers and sellers, financiers, inspectors, appraisers and contractors to coordinate all elements required to successfully facilitate real estate transactions.
